The core of the MAVA permanent collection was formed on the one hand by Takako Sano´s donation of an important number of pieces from her private collection -over 60 works- and on the other by direct donations from several artists boosted by Javier Gómez. Nowadays, the Museums collection is constituted by over 160 exhibits.
The Museum holds regular workshops for children at weekends.
